Adopt-A-Wombie Problems

Many people adopt Wombies, and most adoptions are handled without incident. However, some adoptions have proved quite difficult.

Points to consider:

• If you make a request to adopt a Wombie, your email will be answered. No exceptions. Even if your adoption request is denied, we will contact you.
• If you don't hear back from us within 4 days, something went wrong. Either we didn't receive your request, or you didn't get our reply.
• The most common cause of this is your spam filter settings. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if our reply ended up there. Also check your Deleted folder in case you accidentally deleted our reply.
• If you cannot find a reply from us in any of your folders, you could set your spam filter to temporarily allow email from wombania.com and contact us again. Alternatively, you could contact us using a different email account. Yahoo's free email works well. Others, like MSN email, sometimes don't work as well.
