To Download:
For Windows users: Right-click on the link below and from the menu choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." Select the location where you want to save the video and click Save. To view the video, open it in Windows Media Player or Quicktime, or double-click the file name from Windows Explorer.
For Mac users: Click on the link below and hold the mouse button down or command-click. From the menu, select "Save Link as..." or "Download Link to Disk..." and choose the folder where you want to save the file. To view the video, open it in Quicktime.
